My Thoughts on the December Glam Bag (Myglam)

The main thing that drew me to this bag and made me subscribe was the full size Urban Decay Shadow in Sin which is $17 at Sephora. I already own this color in my Naked Palette and also my UD Ammo Palette but thought it was a great deal and could gift it to a friend or family member.

I loved everything that i got in my bag, the only thing that I was in love with was the NYX lip cream, I love the consistency of it but its not my typical color I would wear but it does look nice once you shear it out. It also seems like this is one of the items that people are getting different colors in, im guessing the color you gets determines by your style quiz.

There were a lot of things from the Myglam website that seemed a little misleading to me and I first subscribed and here they are ...

on their webpage is made it seem like you were going to receive a full size in the Urban Decay primer potion because this is what it said in their description ...
What it is:
A sheer nude eye shadow primer.

(from myglam.com)
What it does:
Packaged in a new squeeze tube with a precise needle nose, Eyeshadow Primer Potion is an ultra-sheer, totally nude base that glides onto the skin. The original, award-winning formula disappears instantly and is the ultimate eye prep for smoother, more vibrant shadow and all-day wear with absolutely no creasing.
What else you need to know:
Now this extraordinary elixir comes in an easy-to-squeeze tube so you can control how much you apply. You also get more primer in every tube – 11 ml instead of the original 10.

It says that it come in their new squeeze tube packaging and every tube has 11 ml instead of the 10. There is a picture posted above the description of a sample size in their older packaging. I was expecting to get a sample size of this but thought this could sound very misleading to a lot of people.

The bad - it looks very similar to what is advertised but the mirror attached the bag is actually black, not that cute blue the Michelle Phan is using in the picture on the myglam.com webpage. The bad does feel a little cheap but I wasnt expecting anything great (it was only $10!) but I wasnt happy to see a black mirror, I loved the color combo with the blue. Also the fabric on mirror on mine has been a little bent up from shipping since all the products were in the bag.

The Tarte Lights Camera Lashes was a bit misleading since they had a picture with the full size and also the sample size, which again I was expecting the sample size as well --- Havent tried it out yet but heard lots of great reviews.

The last thing I received were items from Mai Couture, it looks like everyone got a sample of their Blush paper in Sunset BLVD which the color looks amazing, and then depending on your style quiz you either got a full size blushing paper or blotting paper, which I was so happy that I got the Blushing Papers, because I already have a ton of blotting papers. The color is a nice mauve with shimmers in it and havent seen or heard of anything like these before. Havent tried them yet but ill let you guys know!!

Overall I am pretty happy with my first bag, I just think that their webpage needs a little modification, it seemed like they just threw the descriptions together really quickly. I will still remained a monthly subscriber for the $10 and cant wait to get my next bag.

I know they sold out really quickly and a lot of you didnt get a chance to get these, but dont worry it seems like they are working to get more!! so be patient!
